How do I make a payment ?

If you have any queries regarding payment methods please contact a member of our team who will be happy to help.
Once you have received your invoice you can pay in a number of ways including via our Tenant Portal, by bank transfer, or over the phone with the assistance of one of our team members.
The best way to make payments is directly via the Tenant Portal. You can also use this facility to view your account and any important documents which have been saved.
To log in, simply click on the link in the top right-hand corner of our website.
If you would like to make a payment by bank transfer please use the bank details shown on your ground rent invoice. Please ensure that the transfer is accompanied by correct reference details.
Alternatively, if you would like to make a payment over the phone, please call us on 01302 338100 and select Option 1 and a member of our team will be happy to process your payment.
It is important to ensure your ground rent payments are made on time and in accordance with the lease. You should be aware that late payments may incur interest and administration charges.
